Dayanidhi Dhandapany
Dayanidhi Dhandapany is a distinguished expert in forensic delay and quantum analysis (hybrid expertise) within India and the Middle East. He has provided numerous independent expert reports for a diverse range of clients, including employers, contractors, and subcontractors. Additionally, he has testified as an expert witness in high-stakes dispute resolutions, including adjudications and arbitrations in several commercial cases, and has also appeared before a commercial court.
Kumaresh Murthy
Kumaresh Murthy is an experienced Commercial and Contracts lead & Civil Engineer with a Masters in Construction Law & Arbitration (LL.M) from RGU, U.K. He has 30+ years of experience in the Construction industry with Contractors, Consultants, PMC and Employers in India and the Middle East (mainly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi). His experience is in ‘cradle to grave’ of Residential, Commercial, mixed use developments and Industrial construction. He is the ‘go to guy’ by clients for Dispute Avoidance / Resolution, Contracts, Claims, Project Planning & Management, Quantity Surveying and Cost Engineering.
Mohamed Humdhan
Mohamed Humdhan has been involved in Brunei Construction Industry since 1995 and accumulates more than 25 years of experience in the Industry. His experience also extends to the neighbouring Malaysia. His area of experience includes Project Management, Program Management for major projects, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management and Dispute Resolution. His sector coverage includes Oil and Gas, Aviation, Roads & Bridges, Military Establishments, Specialist Hospitals, Techno Parks, Industrial Estates, Housing, Commercial Offices, Financial and Educational Institutions. His service coverage ranges from the initial feasibility study / master planning until the decommissioning of constructed facilities encompassing full life cycle of facilities.

Kasi Viswanathan focuses on the strategic oversight of procurement and contracts, a role he has embraced with a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of FIDIC standards.
